Order Checkout Terms and Conditions

Note: Only customers may order from this website, not consultants. Please check stock with us before making payment, we can then contact Justine and make sure that the stock is available.

  1. When you click “Place Order” to confirm the order you will be redirected to Payfast as a secure payment gateway. Payments can be done as an instant EFT or via Credit Card / Visa.
  2. After payment I immediately submit your order to Justine Head Office, they then deliver the order to me in about 4 to 5 working days.
  3. As soon as I receive the products I will send it to you. If you are local, Aramex couriers will deliver your package door-to-door hand delivery. International orders will be delivered via EMS post office service.  In total, from the date you place this order to delivery if you are in South Africa will take about 6 work days.
  4. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as I have sent your order.
  5. Please take note that I Liza Truter will not be liable for a lost package once it’s couriered. You would be able to contact the couriers directly and ask them to assist, however, we have never lost a package before.
  6. Regrettably we cannot serve international customers (non – South African) – We’ve had a few international parcels returned before leaving SA for reasons “Liquid Content” and most of the products on our site is liquid content.

Out of Stock Products – You will be contacted if when we place your order there are out of stock items. You will be asked if you want to wait if the item was not limited stock (this item will only be sent with your next order placed if the item is in stock by then), choose another item for the same amount or ask for a refund.

Only orders to the value of R470 or more will be processed.
