Travelling is one of my favourite activities.
There is something very enjoyable in experiencing other cultures, tasting their authentic food, hearing the sound of the different languages and enjoying the smell of their spice and fragrances.
Over the last few years however, we haven't gotten out much due to the pandemic and some work projects and that is why I simply couldn't wait to try out Avon's new Far Away Splendoria perfume.
I sprayed it on and.. whoooosh, instant transportation to the middle east, LOVE IT!
It's all about the Notes
White Oud Accord
An exclusive, luminous white oud accord heart.
Blended with the rich fruitiness of black splendor plums
A middle eastern white floral bouquet of fresh gardenias and creamy vanilla.
What's OUD and what's all the fuss about it?
Oud is an extremely expensive and rare essential oil made from a dark aromatic resin produced by agarwood trees.
It is very popular and sough after in the middle east.
The oud in the Far Away Splendoria has a more refined note, still powerful and intense but only fresher, more feminine and sensual.
What does the perfume smell like?
It has a hypnotic woody, musky scent that is perfect to warm up your winter.
