If you look at the JUSTINE rewards section again, then you will see that with each level from Silver, you start to earn premium points as well.<\/p>\n

What are these premium points?<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Justine<\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of every quarter you will earn the points based on the Silver, Gold or Platinum levels where you ended (see the JUSTINE rewards flyer in the previous lesson<\/em>) and you will be able to exchange those points for prizes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the year, there will also be other opportunities like challenges etc. where you will be able to earn more points.<\/p>\n

NOTE:<\/span><\/strong> You MUST be at least a Silver<\/strong> rewards member to start and receive premium points, therefore make sure to reach at least the Silver Status during the quarter so you can get those points at the start of the new quarter.<\/p>\n

How to Register on the Premium Points Portal<\/h2>\n

P.S:<\/span> You will only be able to register on the premium points platform after 4 months of being a consultant because that is when you are allocated a rewards status.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Who is eligible for premium points?<\/h4>\n

Consultants & Business Owners that qualify on the Silver or higher rewards level.<\/p>\n

How are premium points earned?<\/h4>\n

Premium points will be earned based on the rewards level which you end at after each quarter. For Example, if you qualify for the Silver Rewards level after quarter 2, then you will receive those points in quarter 3 of the year.<\/p>\n

What is the premium point to rand redemption value?<\/h4>\n

The value of the Premium Points has been benchmarked against market related points programmes.<\/p>\n

The redemption offers that are available on the rewards platform have been negotiated to provide Justine Consultants & Business Owners with the best discounts & value for money that is not available to non-Justine Consultants & Business Owners.<\/p>\n

What happens if the Consultant & Business Owner does not have enough premium points towards a redemption?<\/h4>\n

Consultants & Business Owners have the option of topping up their redemption with cash.<\/p>\n

We encourage Consultants & Business Owners to maintain at least a Silver status throughout the year, should they want to accumulate their premium points for redemption at the end of the year.<\/p>\n

What happens if the rewards member drops a level?<\/h4>\n

You will not be able to redeem points until your level is at least Silver.<\/p>\n

What happens if I am a reinstated rewards member?<\/h4>\n

You will have to start again to earn points.<\/p>\n

Are the points accumulative?<\/h4>\n

Yes, in a 12-month cycle<\/p>\n

What can premium points be redeemed towards?<\/h4>\n

Dining experiences, airtime, data, shopping and entertainment – the redemption options will increase as premium points progress.<\/p>\n

How does a Consultant & Business Owner redeem their premium points?<\/h4>\n

Do the premium points expire?<\/h4>\n

They do expire after a year, but we encourage Consultants & Business Owners to redeem their premium points once they have been allocated.<\/p>\n

What happens if one’s account become inactive and has premium points already allocated?<\/h4>\n

If a Consultant is removed from Justine (inactive for 3 months) their Premium Points will be greyed out on the platform and they will not be able to make use of the Premium Points. If the consultant becomes active and reach a seller status after the 3 inactive months and before the 12-month cut off – the Premium Points will be available for them to burn\/redeem. <\/p>\n

If the Consultant has been inactive for 12 consecutive months, they will be removed off the platform, removed from Justine and their Premium Points on the rewards platform will be automatically written off. <\/p>\n

If they re-join Justine after 12 months of being inactive, they will have to reach the seller status and start their point journey from 0.<\/p>\n

Can a rewards member transfer premium points?<\/h4>\n

Unfortunately, you cannot transfer premium points.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

How does a Consultant & Business Owner join Premium Points?<\/h4>\n

New Consultants will automatically move into the rewards programme once after 4 months of selling  and will be eligible for the rewards programme in month 5 based on their award sales over the past 4 months.<\/p>\n

Newly appointed Business Owners will be eligible to benefit from Premium Points once they have reached at least Silver Rewards level.<\/p>\n

Is this applicable for Non-SA as well?<\/h4>\n
