NOTE:
📌 Your leader won't be able to update your personal details at head office. JUSTINE want the consultant to contact them directly because this prevents fraud like changes in addresses where boxes get sent to wrong addresses or phone number changes to divert boxes etc.
Update your Phone Number or Email on JUSTINE ON
1) Go to the JUSTINE ON app, and tap on the Menu
2) Tap on My Profile Information and then again on the My Profile Information link from the dropdown.
3) Tap on the pencil next to Phone Number if you want to change your phone number or the one next to your Email Address if that is what you want to update.
5) Just enter your new phone number or new email address to update. When you enter a new email or phone number, JUSTINE will send an OTP pin to the new phone number or email address. Enter the OTP in the field it provides to update.
If you don't receive an OTP then update using the update form.
Update Any Details Using the Personal Details Update Form
1) Download the personal details update form below. You can edit it using some PDF form complete app on your phone or print and complete it with a pen.
2) You don't have to complete the employment details etc. Once you've completed the rest of the form, email it to updatessa@avon.com
