What is a PAXI Return?
PAXI return is a solution that enables you to return directly to JUSTINE without having to involve your upline. You must return products within 40 days of invoicing date.
How Does It Work?
Step 1 - Walk into any Paxi Store with your returns and picking slip.
At the bottom of your picking slip you will have a token number. Take your picking slip with your returns and walk into any Paxi store.
Step 2 - Buy a Paxi Returns Bag
Tell the cashier you want to send products back to JUSTINE and buy the returns bag from the cashier for R5. Handover your picking slip to the cashier to scan together with your ID document/passport.
Step 3 - Pack the bag
Make sure to pack in your complete picking slip, your returns in the bag and seal it properly at the cashier. Hand it to the cashier to deposit.
The PEP cashier will attach a returns label to your returns bag and put it at the in-store courier pick-up section.
You will receive a SMS from PAXI shortly after dropping off the bag.

Key Information to Note
📌 Only Returns Bag bought from Paxi stores are allowed for PAXI returns, don't use JUSTINE boxes or any other packaging unless they fit into the returns bag)
📌 Don't forget to enclose the filled in & signed picking slip in the returns bag before dropping it off.
📌 Do not forget to bring your ID/Passport to PEP when dropping off your return.
📌 Do not throw away the return token or delete the PAXI SMS before your account has been credited.
📌 Do not return products later than 45 days after invoice date.
📌 PAXI returns are only available in South Africa. For non-SA countries, contact your upline for information on how to return.
📌 MAKE SURE ALL LIQUID ITEMS ARE SEALED PROPERLY AND CANNOT LEAK, WRAP IT WITH NEWSPAPERS PLEASE.
TIP
If you have a Held Order that needs to be released after dropping off the PAXI return, send a copy of your Picking Slip to Credit Control before enclosing it in the Returns Bag. Ensure that the ID of JUSTINE account holder is scanned at PEP so Credit Control can link your account number to the return.
