NB: Please note that JUSTINE automatically delete held orders after 21 days, so IF you have an order on hold, you have 21 days to pay for your order to be released from the date that it was placed.
As soon as your JUSTINE account has been opened, you will be able to create an online profile by downloading the JUSTINE ON app or by going to JUSTINE's official website.
The JUSTINE ON App
Please click/tap on the link below to download the JUSTINE ON app
📱For Android:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.avon.aojustine
📱 For Apple:
https://apps.apple.com/za/app/justine-on/id1504645124
Once you have installed the app, open it and enter your account number and password to login. If you don't yet have a password, click on "NEED A PASSWORD?" to set an account password.

You will then be taken to the JUSTINE website. Tap on accept to accept the terms and conditions.
Then complete all of your details on the account details page and tap on "SUBMIT".

Next, go back to the JUSTINE ON app and login to continue.

The app will ask you to set a PIN code, type any 4 x numbers that you will remember, this just makes it easier to login since you will only need to remember the 4 numbers and not the entire password every time.

Tap on the menu/burger bar.

Then scroll down to My Profile and tap on My Account.

Here you will see your account balance. If the account balance is a minus, it means that you have that amount extra on your balance that you can use for your next order without paying.
The credit limit amount is the amount of credit you have left that will go towards your orders without paying first, whatever amount you use of this for an order must be paid back within 21 days.
Remember that if you qualified for a Pre-Pay account, that you can request JUSTINE head office for a credit account after 3 months of placing and paying an order for each of the 3 months.
You will also see a "Make a payment" button, you can click or tap on this button to make a payment with your debit or credit card onto your account.
Look for the lesson on "How to pay your JUSTINE account" for the different ways to pay your account balance.

The JUSTINE Website
Just like the app, you can also login directly on the JUSTINE website with the same login details.
Go to my.justine.co.za and the tap on "Login", then "Consultant".

Enter your JUSTINE account number and password. Sometimes we as leaders helps our people to register here and we will send you your password. If you haven’t received your password to login here, just click on “register your account number here today” then you will be able to choose your password. If you forgot your password, click “Forgotten Password” to reset it.

Click on “Manage my business”

Click/tap on the menu and go to “Account Balance” to see your account statement. Notice that on the website you can see a few months worth of orders and payments that reflect in a statement format.

The current balance is your account balance, if you have a credit account make sure to pay all of your orders on time (within 21 days of being invoiced), your goal is to get this to R0 as soon as you receive your orders if you have a credit account.

NB: Always keep your Invoices from your box at least 3 months, in case you need to return something.
Where To Find Your Orders
If you have an order on hold because you have a pre-pay account or because the order is bigger than your credit available, follow these steps to find the order value amount and to work out how much you must pay to get it released.
Once you are inside the JUSTINE WEBSITE, click on the menu, then on order tracking.

On this screen you will all of your orders that you have placed this month, if there is an order from the previous month you are looking for, then just select the previous month in the "From campaign" field. Then tap on search.
If your order is on hold, tap on the order, you will then see a "View subtotal" link, click on that link to open up the order, scroll down until the bottom then the amount that you will see next to "Value of order" is the discounted amount needed to pay for this order.

In this example I only placed a small order, remember that JUSTINE will not release orders that are smaller than the minimum required amount, you can place a few small orders as well but they will only be processed when their combined total is more than the minimum amount per order required.
Ask your leader about the minimum order amount if you don't know it.
If you have a cash account, then this is the amount you must pay to get your order released as well unless you have some few Rands outstanding from a previous order that was released.
Sometimes JUSTINE will release orders that are R10 or R15 more than the payment or the credit, so just make sure by checking on your account balance screen to make sure that you don't have an outstanding balance as well.
If you have a credit account and used some credit already and your order is on hold, then check what the order value amount is of your order, then go to your account balance.
Check that your order is less than the "Available to Spend" amount in the app or "Credit Available" amount on the website.
If your order is more than this amount, then you will need to pay the difference before the order will be released.
EXAMPLE:
Your order value is: R1800
Your Credit Available is R1500, the difference is R300 therefore you need to pay this difference before they will release your order.
Remember that if you have an outstanding balance then pay the outstanding balance first.
To your success,
