Please note that your leader does not work directly at JUSTINE, therefore if you need to trace your order it's best that you do it from your side so that JUSTINE can be in contact with you directly.
Otherwise, your leader will act as the middleman and communication then takes longer to reach you.

📌If you see that your order has been “Invoiced” more that 5 business days ago, but you have not yet received it, phone, email or chat with JUSTINE Relationship Centre directly so that they can follow up on your order.
Tracking Link
Once you have placed your order, JUSTINE will send you an amount to pay to get it released, then once paid, they will send you an SMS that the order is invoiced.
If you have enough credit for your order to be released without paying first, then it will automatically be invoiced a few minutes after being placed.
The image below is an example of how the SMS looks like that tell you the order has been invoiced.

After a day or two once it has been invoiced, the courier company will receive your order and send you an SMS containing the tracking details of your order.
In the SMS you will find a tracking link of the courier, each courier's SMS will look a little bit different from each other.

What to do if you didn't receive the tracking information
If you didn't receive the tracking information via SMS after 4 business days (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays excluded), make sure that your order is not on hold and waiting for payment.
Ask your leader to help you check if your order has been invoiced if you are unable to check or not sure yet how to do that.
If it has been invoiced, then contact the JUSTINE Relationship Centre and speak to an agent (call or Whatsapp) and ask the agent to follow up with the couriers.
JUSTINE will then follow up directly with the couriers and let you know when they receive feedback, it takes about 1 to 2 business days to get feedback so just be patient while a follow up is being made.

Collection Points

If you have selected and entered a collection point for your order, you will receive an SMS once the order is invoiced and going to your collection point.
This is much more convenient and reliable as you don’t need to wait for the couriers to delivery.
Below is an example of the tracking information and how the SMS looks like:

If you want to track the package go to paxi.co.za and enter the parcel number receive on SMS, then tap on TRACK.

Below is an example of what the SMS will look like once the package arrives at your collection point including the PIN.
You will automatically receive this SMS when it arrives.
Go an collect it with the PIN you received on SMS and your ID book.

JUSTINE will only deliver to one collection point in each of these countries and currently uses Skynet to deliver to those local Skynet offices.
