How To Start?
1️⃣You show the brochure to a customer.
2️⃣The customer places the order with you and gives you the amount for the item(s) according to the price in the current brochure. You can either ask the customer to pay you up-front, or when you deliver.
3️⃣You place the order with JUSTINE who then invoices you the discounted amount.
4️⃣You pay JUSTINE the discounted amount that they’ve sent to you on SMS or as it shows on your invoice.
5️⃣Keep the rest of the money in your pocket. 🧮
Example: A customer orders a lipstick worth R100 from you, JUSTINE only charges you R80. The customer pays you R100, You pay JUSTINE R80 & the difference (R100-R80 = R20) is your commission.
NOTE:
Orders of under the minimum order amount will not be processed and will be held for 21 days to be merged with a extra order provided it is within the available credit limit or if you don't have credit then you will need to pay both amounts for both orders to be merged and released.
❌After 21 days, held orders are automatically deleted from the system.

So how much can you earn?
NEW Consultants
ALL NEW consultants will start at 25% discount on all standard products and 10% on all Beauty+ products (handbags, make-up brushes, jewellery and other non-cosmetic items), then after the first 3 months will your total sales over the past 3 months be calculated and you will be moved into the correct JUSTINE REWARDS category for the remainder of that quarter.
Re-instated Reps (rejoining)
- If your account was only inactive for part of a quarter, you will continue on the level you qualified on from the previous quarter.
- If you skip a quarter, you will start on the BRONZE level again.
- If your account was inactive for 12 months, you will start again as a NEW CONSULTANT.
Once you are past your first 3 months as a new consultant you will continue in one of these rewards levels based on your total combined sales over the past 3 months.

*No discount on Just for You products – It’s a demo product brochure that you receive when you are a consultant, see the lesson on Brochures.) Beauty + category products are fixed at 10% (includes accessories, jewellery, watches & home)
When you start, you will begin with 25% commission on standard products and 10% on Beauty+ products (handbags, jewellery and all other non-cosmetics). Then after your first 3 months, the combined sales of those 3 months will determine on which level you continue for the remainder of the quarter.
Then, you will qualify for the percentage of commission according to the total combined amount of your sales over the previous quarter (3 months, Jan to March, April to June, July to Aug, Sept to Dec).

Above we've explained Justine Rewards, next we will introduce,
Justine Rewards PLUS
It works almost like Discovery Vitality, where you get extra discount on your orders IF you meet certain criteria and challenges throughout the month.
Look at this example for April:
The 3 challenges are:
- Your total sales need to be more than your sales for the previous month.
- You need to place at least one order during the month using the JUSTINE ON app.
- You need to include at least one "Focused Products" of the month. In March this is the Fortigrain® Day Cream, Night Cream or the offer. (Each month will have a different product that you need to include to qualify)
So what happens if you achieve all 3 of these challenges? Well, you receive 3% of your total sales for the month back in rewards Plus benefits, meaning you will be able to buy JUSTINE products with it or buy groceries and airtime!

3) Tap on Important News

3) Scroll down until you find the Rewards + platform and tap on the Rewards Plus banner.

4) If you have points, tap on Redeem Rewards Plus now.
