What Does It Mean To Be a Justine Sales Leader?
After reaching at least the Silver rewards level sales, you can request to be promoted to a Sales Leader status.
This means, you can now recruit and build your own team of consultants and receive commission from all of their sales as well.

Becoming a JUSTINE Sales Leader is one of the best financial decisions that you can make in your life.
If you are going to take this opportunity serious, you will make serious money.
I would like you to aim BIG so that you too can do all the things you’ve always wanted to do with the money you will be earning from JUSTINE.
Multi-level-marketing is the best way to earn income from any business, it simply means that you will be earning not just from the people you personally register to join JUSTINE, but also from the people that those people register to join and also from those 3rd level of people who were registered!
You may grow your team on your own time and start to earn commission on your entire team’s sales.
How Much Can You Earn?
As a leader, you start to earn between 3.5% and 4.5% on the sales of your entire team, then as you move higher you can earn up to 11.5% on ALL of the sales of your entire team PLUS 3.5% on ALL of the sales under your leaders, AND up to 2% on all the reps under your gen 2.

Coordinator is your first goal. For this level all you need is R700 brochure sales on your account and at least 4 other consultants in your team who have also placed orders and your total sales of your entire team is at least R7000. You will then receive 3.5% commission on your bronze or lower consultants and 4.5% commission on all of their net sales (discounted amount of sales and after VAT deducted).
PLUS you will receive an extra R80 per person you sign up with a R700 or more invoiced order. This R80 BONUSSES you will be paid weekly on the additions of the previous week.
PLUS receive between R700 and R3,600 EXTRA during the first 12 months on with the FAST START BONUS
PLUS earn between R1,000 and R4,000 EXTRA when you promote other members to leaders and they reach the fast start bonuses.
PLUS get paid between R500 and R8,000 EXTRA when you make and maintain new titles.
How To Be Promoted To Sales Leader
To recruit others and build your own team in JUSTINE to earn more, there are a few documents to complete FIRST so that head office will have the correct details to pay your commission into.
The links to the documents are included at each step and I will give instructions to complete these in each step below.
Eligibility Criteria
There is also a requirement you need to have achieved before being eligible to be promoted.
As a consultant you must have combined sales of at least R1875 during a quarter (achieving Silver status).
For example, if you reach those R1875 sales during 1, 2 or 3 months during a quarter (Jan to Mar, Apr to June, Jul to Sept, Oct to Dec) you can request to be promoted as soon as you have achieved those sales.

NOTE:
Orders of under the minimum order amount will not be processed and will be held for 21 days to be merged with a extra order provided it is within the available credit limit or if you don't have credit then you will need to pay both amounts for both orders to be merged and released.

So how much can you earn?
NEW Consultants
ALL NEW consultants will start at 25% discount on all standard products and 10% on all Beauty+ products (handbags, make-up brushes, jewellery and other non-cosmetic items), then after the first 3 months will your total sales over the past 3 months be calculated and you will be moved into the correct JUSTINE REWARDS category for the remainder of that quarter.
Re-instated Reps (rejoining)
- If your account was only inactive for part of a quarter, you will continue on the level you qualified on from the previous quarter.
- If you skip a quarter, you will start on the BRONZE level again.
- If your account was inactive for 12 months, you will start again as a NEW CONSULTANT.
Once you are past your first 3 months as a new consultant you will continue in one of these rewards levels based on your total combined sales over the past 3 months.

When you start, you will begin with 25% commission on standard products and 10% on Beauty+ products (handbags, jewellery and all other non-cosmetics). Then after your first 3 months, the combined sales of those 3 months will determine on which level you continue for the remainder of the quarter.
Then, you will qualify for the percentage of commission according to the total combined amount of your sales over the previous quarter (3 months, Jan to March, April to June, July to Aug, Sept to Dec).

Above we've explained Justine Rewards, next we will introduce,
Justine Rewards PLUS
It works almost like Discovery Vitality, where you get extra discount on your orders IF you meet certain criteria and challenges throughout the month.
Look at this example for April:
The 3 challenges are:
- Your total sales need to be more than your sales for the previous month.
- You need to place at least one order during the month using the JUSTINE ON app.
- You need to include at least one "Focused Products" of the month. In March this is the Fortigrain® Day Cream, Night Cream or the offer. (Each month will have a different product that you need to include to qualify)
So what happens if you achieve all 3 of these challenges? Well, you receive 3% of your total sales for the month back in rewards Plus benefits, meaning you will be able to buy JUSTINE products with it or buy groceries and airtime!
