📌 If it's your first time using Anele, she will ask to route you to an agent to create a PIN. Once the PIN is created, you can always use this PIN to chat with her again as the chatbot will ask for this PIN the next time you chat again.

How To Chat To a Live Agent via Anele
When you send a message to Anele, she will ask you for your account number or ID number, your PIN and then this menu will pop up. Enter 6 for Feedback

Then follow the menus that follow and enter 1 for "I want to submit a query", then 2 for "Chat to Agent", then either 1 or 2 depending on which type of agent you want to chat to.

Anele will then connect you to a live agent who can assist you with all your queries.
