👉 *You might have received an SMS to pay an amount to release your order. Note that it's just a dummy order because they don't open an account without an order, therefore you don't have to pay anything now, only when you submit your first order will you need to pay the discounted amount for that order to release it. Read below how it works:*

and you qualified for a "Pre-Paid" account.

This account type means that your order will be released as soon as you pay the discounted amount of the order.

You have 21 days to pay for the order then it will be released and delivery takes 4 to 5 work days.

If payment is not done (within the 21 days) then JUSTINE will automatically delete the order.
While the order is on hold, you can also request so they delete the order and then you can replace it.

*NB*: After you have placed and paid for orders every month for the next 6 months, you will be able to request a credit account in your 7th month.

*2)* The first time you open the app, you need to set your password, tap on *NEED A PASSWORD* when the app opens to set a password that you can use to login to it. (P.S: When you set the password you will see a ZONE field, leave it empty, it's not necessary to type a ZONE number)

Online Training, whenever you have time please go and complete the JUSTINE Consultant Course. You can do it in your own time whenever you can.
It will teach you many things about your account, how to manage your account, how to place orders online.

*You will also receive your very own personalized certificate; it even has a QR code that your customers can scan to verify that you are a Justine consultant and that you've done some training!*
