NOTE:

๐Ÿ“Œ If you already have a credit account, you will only be eligible for an increase if you sued your full credit limit for 3 consecutive months, without being overdue.

๐Ÿ“Œ If you don't have a credit account yet, you will only be eligible for a credit account if you have placed an invoiced order for 3 consecutive months.

How to apply for credit via ANELE

  • Save Anele's number +27872406725 on your phone.
  • Type "Hi" to start the conversation.
  • Select your brand, 2 for Justine.
  • Type your account number or ID number and you will be validated.
  • Type your Anele pin, if you don't have a pin, go to the "Justine Customer Service" section of this website to see how to create one.
  • If you qualify for Credit/Increase, you will get a pop up message.
  • .... If you don't get a pop up message you are not eligible, but if you want to make sure and chat to an agent, then select 1 for I want to submit a query
  • Then, select 2 to chat to an agent.
  • When the agent comes online, ask for a limit increase or that you want to apply for a credit limit.
  • Your credentials will be validated, so be sure that you chat from the number saved on your Justine account and the agent will assist.

If you don't succeed because you were cut-off from the agent, simply write a letter on a piece of paper with your full name, ID number, Justine account and in the letter ask that you want in increase of your credit.
