By sharing your e-Brochure every month from your AVON ON app you will make it easy for your customers to place orders.
You can even share the link on your Facebook page or to different Facebook groups all around South Africa.
When people order from your link and you have selected courier delivery only, orders will be delivered to them directly and commission will be paid into your AVON account after 21 days.

How to Share Your e-Brochure


Once you are logged into your AVON ON app, tap on the brochure icon on the bottom right-hand corner. Then tap on brochure settings.

On the settings screen you can select courier delivery or representative deliver or both enabled.
When you select courier delivery then customers will order and pay for their order directly online, the order will then go straight to them via Avon head office directly and you will get paid the commission of that order to your Avon account after 21 days.
If you enable the representative option as well, then a customer will be able to select that she wants you to deliver the package to her.
The order will then appear under your pending orders where you have to accept it.
Then below this you can keep the option which enables your name to be shown enabled so that customers know that they will be shopping through you.

1) You can tap on this button to customize the brochure and add bookmarks to products and pages that might interested your customer.
2) Or you can just tap the share button to share the brochure without bookmarks.
What Happens When A Customer Places an Order
Once you share the brochure to your customer and they tap on the link, then they brochure will open on their screens and they can add products to their cart.


After products were added to the cart and the customer is ready to checkout, he/she go directly to enter the address and online payment page if you have selected "Courier Delivery" only.
If you have the option "Representative Delivery" also enabled then the customer will have a choice to either select "Checkout online" where he/she will select their address and pay online or they can select "Send order to Representative".


When the "Send order to Representative" option is selected by the customer, then the order is sent to your online account as a PENDING ORDER, you can then accept the pending order and it will appear where you place your regular orders.

NOTE:
📌 Before you accept the order, make contact first with the customer and find out where she stays, maybe she stays in a different town then you will not be able to deliver to her. You can suggest that she pay you and pay for courier for you to send it (PEP Paxi) or you can suggest she finds someone near her area.
📌 When you tap on REJECT and deleted from your online profile.
📌 Also, make a payment arrangement with the customer, you can either ask that she pays up front before you order or that she pay you on delivery.
When you have accepted the order and you go to place an order on the app, you can then place the rest of your personal order on your account and these items will me added with them, you then receive the order, pack it and deliver to the customer.
