Opening Your Online Store

Did you know that you can open your very own AVON online store? 

The product specials and prices will automatically be updated every month on your store, all you need to do is open you store, then promote and share the link.

Follow These Steps To Open Your AVON Store

Step 1: Go to my.avon.co.za and click on “REPRESENTATIVE LOGIN” 

Step 2: Enter your AVON account number and password to login.

Step 3: Click on “My AVON Store

Step 4: Complete this entire page with your details and name your store.  Make sure you type your number with +27 for South Africa and +26 for Namibia. For example +27849900030

Step 5: Tick the Terms of Use boxes then click “Open my shop

Step 6:  When done, you will have a link that you can copy and send to customers to shop from you.


What happens when a customer places an order on your store?

You will see an option under “delivery” when you setup your store to choose that you will deliver to customers and they can receive direct delivery OR customers can choose to receive “direct delivery” only.

When you only want customers to be able to receive direct delivery straight from head office, make sure you tick that option.

If you have the option enabled that customers can get delivery from you, you will be notified via email or SMS that there was an order placed via a customer.

Then, go to your AVON back-office where you normally place your own orders. There you will now see a pending order for the customer.

You can now make contact with the customer and confirm her/his order, then submit it on it’s own if it’s big enough or wait until you have more orders then submit it together.

Always keep your customers updated If you are waiting for more orders then tell your customer that you can only submit orders above a minimum order amount now and are collecting more orders before you can submit her.

A little bit of communication goes a far way to keep them feeling noted and happy.


When And How Do You Receive The Commission From Online Store Orders?

When the customer chooses “Direct Delivery” then they will pay and receive the products directly from head office and you will be paid commission into your AVON account 21 days after they made the purchase. There is nothing else for you then to do.

The commission on your account will then go towards your next AVON orders. If you want the commission to be paid out, write a letter with your:

  • AVON account number
  • Your bank details
  • The balance that you want to be paid out

Then sign the letter and send it to creditcontrol.sa@avon.com and they will pay it out to your bank account. 


Where To Find Customer e-Store Orders

1) Go to my.avon.co.za, tap on Login and then on Representative.

2) Login, then scroll down on the page that opens until you see eStore Manager, tap on the button.

3) Next, tap on Orders, here you will see all orders placed via your e-Store, together with the customer details. REMEMBER, commission of these orders are paid out after 21 days of the order being submitted.

4) Save the customer info and send her/him a Thank You message. Ask the customer if you can send them the monthly brochure and other specials they might be interested in and add the customer to your monthly communication list.
