NB: Please note that AVON automatically delete held orders after 21 days, so IF you have an order on hold, you have 21 days to pay for your order to be released from the date that it was placed.

As soon as your AVON account has been opened, you will be able to create an online profile by downloading the AVON ON app or by going to AVON's official website.

Then scroll down to My Profile Information and tap on My Account Information.

My Account Info

Here you will see your account balance. If the account balance is a minus, it means that you have that amount extra on your balance that you can use for your next order without paying.

The credit limit amount is the amount of credit you have left that will go towards your orders without paying first, whatever amount you use of this for an order must be paid back within 21 days.

Remember that if you qualified for a Pre-Pay account, that you can request Avon head office for a credit account after 6 months of placing and paying an order for each of the 6 months.

You will also see a "Make a payment" button, you can click or tap on this button to make a payment with your debit or credit card onto your account.

Look for the lesson on "How to pay your Avon account" for the different ways to pay your account balance.

Where To Find Your Orders

If you have an order on hold because you have a pre-pay account or because the order is bigger than your credit available, follow these steps to find the order value amount and to work out how much you must pay to get it released.

Once you are inside the AVON ON app, click on the menu, then on order tracking.

Order Tracking

On this screen you will all of your orders that you have placed this month, if there is an order from the previous month you are looking for, then just select the previous month in the "From campaign" field. Then tap on search.

If your order is on hold, tap on the order, you will then see a "View subtotal" link, click on that link to open up the order, scroll down until the bottom then the amount that you will see next to "Value of order" is the discounted amount needed to pay for this order.

View Subtotal
Order Subtotal

In this example I only placed a small order, remember that Avon will not release orders that are smaller than the minimum required amount, you can place a few small orders as well but they will only be processed when their combined total is more than the minimum amount per order required.

Ask your leader about the minimum order amount if you don't know it.

If you have a cash account, then this is the amount you must pay to get your order released as well unless you have some few Rands outstanding from a previous order that was released.

Sometimes Avon will release orders that are R10 or R15 more than the payment or the credit, so just make sure by checking on your account balance screen to make sure that you don't have an outstanding balance as well.

If you have a credit account and used some credit already and your order is on hold, then check what the order value amount is of your order, then go to your account balance. Subtract the balance from your credit limit amount, then subtract the order value amount, if the amount you are left with is positive, it means there is enough credit to release the order, if it's negative then that is the amount you will need to pay in to release your order.

EXAMPLE:

Your order value is: R700

If your Credit Limit is R1500, then subtract the account balance if there is a balance for example R600. This means you are left with R900 credit, your order value is R700 therefore the credit available is more than the order value and your order can be released.

Remember that if you have an outstanding balance then pay the outstanding balance first.

The current balance is your account balance, if you have a credit account or a deposit to buy account make sure to pay all of your orders on time (within 21 days of being invoiced), your goal is to get this to R0 as soon as you receive your orders if you have a credit account.
