👩💻When you have signed up as a representative, you keep any commission that you make immediately.💰
How To Start?
1️⃣You show the brochure to a customer.
2️⃣The customer places the order with you and gives you the amount for the item(s) according to the price in the current brochure. You can either ask the customer to pay you up-front, or when you deliver.
3️⃣You place the order with AVON who then invoices you the discounted amount.
4️⃣You pay Avon the discounted amount that they’ve sent to you on SMS or as it shows on your invoice.
5️⃣Keep the rest of the money in your pocket. 🧮
Example: A customer orders a lipstick worth R100 from you, Avon only charges you R80 for the brochure. The customer pays you R100, You pay Avon R80 & the difference (R100-R80 = R20) is your commission.
NOTE:
Orders of under the minimum order amount will not be processed and will be held for 21 days to be merged with a extra order provided it is within the available credit limit or if you don't have credit then you will need to pay both amounts for both orders to be merged and released.
❌After 21 days, held orders are automatically deleted from the system.

So how much can you earn?
NEW Representatives
ALL NEW representatives will start at 20% discount on all products, then after the first 4 months will your total sales over the past 4 months be calculated and you will be moved into the correct AVON REWARDS category for the remainder of that quarter.
📌 During each month you can achieve more discount when your total orders during the month reach the minimum amounts of the Silver, Gold, Platinum or VIP.
Re-instated Reps (rejoining)
- If your account was only inactive for part of a quarter, you will continue on the level you qualified on from the previous quarter.
- If you skip a quarter, you will start on the BRONZE level again.
- If your account was inactive for 12 months, you will start again as a NEW REP.

Once you are past your first 4 months as a new rep you will continue in one of these rewards levels based on your total combined sales over the past 4 months.

When you start, you will begin with 20% commission. Then after your first 4 months, the combined sales of those 4 months will determine on which level you continue for the remainder of the quarter.
Thereafter you will qualify for the percentage of commission according to the total combined amount of your sales over the previous quarter (3 months, Jan to March, April to June, July to Aug, Sept to Dec).
You can move up levels temporarily throughout the month if your sales during the month reaches the a higher level.
During each month you can achieve more discount when your total orders during the month reach the minimum amounts of the Silver, Gold, Platinum or VIP.
NOTE: When you reach sales of at least R2100 combined during a quarter you can also request to be promoted to Sales Leader and then you earn from building and recruiting your own team of reps.

Above we've explained Avon Rewards, next we will introduce,
Avon Rewards PLUS
It works almost like Discovery Vitality, where you get extra discount on your orders IF you meet certain criteria and challenges throughout the month.
Look at this example for April:
The 3 challenges are:
- Your total sales need to be more than your sales for the previous month.
- You need to include 2 or more Avon Lash Genius Mascaras in your April order. (Each month will have a different product that you need to include to qualify)
- You need to place at least one order during the month using the AVON ON app.
So what happens if you achieve all 3 of these challenges? Well, you receive 3% of your total sales for the month back in rewards Plus benefits, meaning you will be able to buy Avon products with it or buy groceries and airtime!
