_When you time, please read through all of the messages that I will send now as it contains important information about your new AVON account. Read through it all and then when you have more questions you can just send me a Whatsapp here and I'll get back to you ASAP._

👉 *You might have received an SMS to pay an amount to release your order. Note that it's just a dummy order because they don't open an account without an order, therefore you don't have to pay anything now, only when you submit your first order will they automatically release your order if it's within your credit amount, otherwise you need to pay the difference when it goes over the credit amount to release it. Read below how it works:*

Your AVON account number is *XXX*
and you qualified for a credit account of *RRXXX*.

📦  This account type means that AVON will release your orders as long as there is credit available. So when you place your first order and it's within this amount then they will release the order immediately and deliver it in about 4 business days. You then have 21 days to pay for it. In your box you will receive the payment details, I will send it here as well.

If your order is more than the credit available, it will go on hold and they will SMS you the difference to pay to get it released. 

If you need to pay a difference you will need to pay it within 21 days otherwise the order expires. Each order that you place must be at least R625 before they process it.

Please remember to pay on time when you receive the box, otherwise they charge penalties.

So your customers give you the brochure amount and you pay AVON the discounted amount, then what's left you keep in your pocket as commission. 💰💰

*2)* The first time you open the app, you need to set your password, tap on *NEED A PASSWORD* when the app opens to set a password that you can use to login to it. (P.S: When you set the password you will see a ZONE field, leave it empty, it's not necessary to type a ZONE number)

Online Training, whenever you have time please go and complete the AVON Representative Course. You can do it in your own time whenever you can.
It will teach you many things about your account, how to manage your account, how to place orders online.

*You will also receive your very own personalized certificate; it even has a QR code that your customers can scan to verify that you are an AVON representative and that you've done some training!*
