Damaged or Problem Product Returns

From time to time an "accident" can occur where a product "opened" while in transit, or a watch or handbag is received broken.
 
πŸ“To help you to get this sorted you can go through the consumer complaints.
πŸ“Œ This is also the channel to follow should you or your customers experience a problem with an item.

Follow these steps:

  1. Tap the button above to download the complaints form and complete it.
  2. Send the completed form to: saconsumercomplaints@avon.com
  3.  You will receive a reply in a few days then package the product with the relevant paperwork as per their request (picking slip and invoice)
  4. Avon will arrange with the courier to collect the product(s) & process the credit.
  5. Request the product to be put on back order if a replacement is needed.

All the necessary arrangements will be made from Avon for the couriers to collect and/or deliver to you again.

NOTE:

πŸ“Œ This process is ONLY  for products that were received damaged, like watches that doesn't work, handbags that were received damaged, products that caused a negative skin reaction or irritation, products that smell off, face cream tubs received empty etc.

πŸ“Œ For all other product returns, use the regular product returns procedure via PAXI.
