What Does It Mean To Be An AVON Sales Leader?
After reaching at least the Silver rewards level sales, you can request to be promoted to a Sales Leader status.
This means, you can now recruit and build your own team of reps and receive commission from all of their sales as well.

Multi-level-marketing is the best way to earn income from any business, it simply means that you will be earning not just from the people you personally register to join Avon, but also from the people that those people register to join and also from those 3rd level of people who were registered!

How To Be Promoted To Sales Leader
To recruit others and build your own team in AVON to earn more, there are a few documents to complete FIRST so that head office will have the correct details to pay your commission into.
The links to the documents are included at the bottom of this lesson under RESOURCES and I will give instructions to complete these in each step below.
Eligibility Criteria
There is also a requirement you need to have achieved before being eligible to be promoted.
You must have combined sales of at least R1900 during the previous or current quarter.
For example, if you reach those R1900 sales during 1, 2 or 3 months during a quarter you can request to be promoted as soon as you have achieved those sales.
Please follow the steps below (ALL OF THE FORMS CAN BE DOWNLOADED HERE):
Step 1
Complete and Sign The Promotion Request Form
Complete the page and sign in full at Representative Signature.
Ask your leader where you need help.
Step 2
Complete The Bank Form And Get An Account Verification Letter From The Bank.
Complete the bank form, ALSO ask your bank for a verification letter to verify your account number. This verification letter can also be downloaded if you use online banking.
AVON requires this as many people gave incorrect bank details in the past and then the never received their commission.
You can also do this later and in the meantime they will start to pay your AVON commission into your AVON account.
Step 3
Send the completed forms to your upline or business development partner who will send it to AVON head office for the promotion:
These are what you need to send:
- The completed promotion form.
- Your certified ID copy
- (optional) your bank form and bank verification letter.
Make sure you are ready early in the month so that you have enough time during the month to reach your targets.
Step 4
Get at least 3 people who are ready and want to join your team. Give them some brochures and have them get their minimum orders ready.
As soon as you are a leader we will show you how to register them.
If they have more questions, tell them you will get back to them then ask your leader for help.
What does it cost to be a Sales Leader
VERY IMPORTANT: AVON will include a Sales Leader bag, packed with training material and 5 x brochures for the following month.
The cost of this bag is R255 once-off and it will automatically be included with your next order once promoted.
This is compulsory and you cannot return the bag.
There are no other cost involved and lots of different ways to earn!
Follow These 4 Easy Steps To Start Earning As A Sales Leader:
- Place a personal order – You need to have your own customers buying from you too. All Sales Leaders MUST have a personal, invoiced order each month so they can earn commission on their Team Sales.
- Appoint New Representatives – Share the earnings opportunity with others. Grow your team by appointing them as Representatives.
- Get Representatives Active – The Representatives must order every month and her order must be invoiced, i.e. Paid upfront if Pay as You Go or within credit limit.
- Get Group Award Sales – Aim to have all of your Reps place and pay for their orders every month (active). Group Award Sales are the net amount of all Reps’ orders plus your orders. You’ll need a minimum amount of Group Award Sales to maintain a specific Sales Leader Level.
